📘 USER GUIDE
1️⃣ Create Station
The app automatically creates station E1. To add more, click "+ ADD STATION".
2️⃣ Fill in Data
Enter: Total Demand, Number of Employees, Capacity per Employee, and Productivity (%).
3️⃣ Configure Shifts
Set start and end times for both shifts. The app automatically sums them (e.g.: 08:00-12:00 + 14:00-18:00 = 8 h).
4️⃣ View Results
The KPIs show: Total Demand, Capacity, Balance, and Hours Needed.
5️⃣ Track Progress
Side bars indicate the completion % for each station.
